Isn’t the pricing system too complicated?

Our pricing may look a bit more detailed than other CRMs, but we designed it to be fair: not all doctors or clinics are the same size or consume the same services. This way, every client only pays for what they truly need, with no hidden costs.

What’s included in the base plan?

The base plan already covers everything needed to run a practice: patients, medical records, scheduling, cases, basic reminders, and reports. From there, you can activate premium modules only if you need them.

What are tokens used for?

Tokens are credits used for advanced actions such as automated calls, AI transcriptions, or automations. They’re a flexible way to pay: if you don’t use those services, you don’t get charged extra.

What happens if I have leftover tokens?

It depends on your plan: in Starter they expire the following month, in Pro they last up to 2 months, and in Enterprise up to 6 months. This gives larger clinics peace of mind and ensures they can make the most of their credits.

Can I start small and scale later?

Absolutely! You can begin with the Starter plan and only activate the modules you need. As your clinic grows, you can add users, purchase more tokens, or upgrade your plan to access better conditions and exclusive benefits.

Why is there a Setup fee in addition to the monthly fee?

The Setup fee applies when we create high-value resources for you, such as a new treatment plan, a custom dashboard, or a new AI agent. It’s a one-time configuration cost—after that, you can use those resources freely with tokens, without paying again.
